Ask about our Full Service Package which includes delivery to your event, setup of chair covers and sashes and pickup after the event. Since we offer the Full Service Package to so many areas (including but not limited to Louisville, Lexington, Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana) we quote this service based on location of venue and distance to travel. We want you to be able to enjoy your special day without worrying about how your linens are going to be setup. To achieve this we keep the cost of this service at a very affordable price with your budget in mind!
Terms And Conditions For Linen Rentals
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
We encourage you to book your items at least 60 days in advance to ensure availability of items for your event date. A 50% deposit is due at the time of rental reservation. Final count and final payment are due no later than 2 weeks prior to event date. We accept all major credit cards, check or cash.
Order cancellation (or changes) may be made at any time up to 30 days prior to the event. Cancellation of the order with less than 30 days notice will result in forfeiture of the entire 50% deposit made at the time of reservation.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS AND REPLACEMENT COST
All chair covers, sashes or specialty linens must be returned in the same quantity and condition that the renter received them in. Linens that are returned badly stained, torn, molded or damaged with candle wax will result in a charge 3X the price of rental per item.
All rentals must be returned within 3 days of the event (by 5:00pm). This applies to customers who pick up linens and choose the Do It Yourself option. If we are providing full service setup and pickup this policy does not apply.
Customers who choose the Full Service Package do not need to be present for delivery, setup or pickup. We will arrange arrival and departure times with the venue. It is important, however, for the site to be ready for our arrival. We do not set up tables and chairs unless agreed upon prior to the event. If the venue is not setup or accessible by the agreed upon time, the crew will drop off the items and will not be responsible for putting on chair covers and tying sashes.
